ZAMBIA’S economic development depends significantly on the growth of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and that is why Indo Zambia Bank Limited remains committed towards supporting the business community, the bank general manager Rodwin Ngoma has said.
Mr. Ngoma told The Scoop that the bank was focusing at fuelling sustainable growth of SMEs in the country by offering convenient banking services as well as other financial support
He said the bank would continue striving to bring financing of SMEs into Mainstream support
“This year Indo Zambia bank will be celebrating 40 years of existence so our commitment to Zambia has never been greater than this time, as a bank we continue to reaffirm our commitment to the development of this country.
We shall continue supporting the development of Zambia through ensuring development-oriented initiatives and partnerships that support business startups and growth of SMEs,” Mr. Ngoma said.
He said supporting critical economic sectors such as agriculture and making Zambia self-reliant remained his bank’s commitment.
He emphasized that the bank had invested in technology and a long-term purposeful relationship with clients to give them a good banking experience.
Mr. Ngoma said that the bank was also providing empowerment opportunities through the Indo fast serve agency product which had empowered over 1000 agencies across the country with income generation.
